FDN and my specialty is working with active adults with orthopedic issues with particular focus on shoulder, knee, and lower back issues With over 6 years of clinical experience I realized there weren't enough opportunities for patients to participate in truly customized and personal programs designed specifically for them in the traditional medical landscape. Thus many people failed to reach their physical goals and overcome injury / adversity. I'm on a mission to provide a better quality experience with improved outcomes in less time for patients in a fun, engaging, and holistic way.
