Jordan Adrian
Whether you're dealing with ongoing pain, recovering from an injury or surgery, or simply not moving the way you would like, Dr. Jordan Adrian, PT, DPT helps active adults and youth athletes return to golf, tennis, the gym, and the activities they love with confidence. Dr. Adrian’s approach is shaped in part by his own experience. After sustaining a lower back injury during high school baseball, he saw firsthand how frustrating it can be to be limited by pain and how effective the right approach can be in getting you back to doing what you love. With the guidance of skilled rehabilitation professionals and a strong commitment to recovery, he was able to overcome that injury and go on to play collegiate baseball while earning his degree in nutrition in St. Louis. That experience ultimately led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Rockhurst University in Kansas City before moving to Colorado in 2018 to be closer to friends and family. Over the past 10+ years as an orthopedic physical therapist, Dr. Adrian has worked with hundreds of active adults and athletes, helping them move past pain, injury, and underlying movement limitations so they can return to their sport and training without recurring setbacks. Since joining the Columbine team in 2023, he has enjoyed getting to know members and their families while providing a highly personalized, one-on-one experience with a clear, structured path back to the activities they enjoy without ongoing limitations or setbacks. His approach is outcome-focused and collaborative, with programs tailored to help each individual achieve the physical goals that matter most to them. He also works closely with other fitness, golf, and bodywork professionals at the club when appropriate to help accelerate recovery and maximize results. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Adrian enjoys golfing, skiing, training, and spending time with his family. He looks forward to helping members get back to doing what they love. Cell: 720-780-0011
