As a licensed Massage Therapist, I'm passionate about helping my clients find relief from pain and stress. I graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts in March 2023 and I'm looking forward to offering massage at Columbine. I have been a Pilates instructor for more than 10 years and a teacher of teachers in that field. My background in Bodywork has given me a solid foundation for providing effective and client centered massage therapy. I am experienced in Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, cranial sacral and prenatal techniques, and I specialize in lymphatic drainage and enjoy helping clients achieve their goals through personalized treatment plans.
