I graduated from massage therapy school in 1995. Since then, I’ve never stopped learning, loving, or reveling in wonder of everything that bodywork has to offer as a wellness practice. I love learning new modalities as they are developed. Over the decades as the popularity of Massage and bodywork increases, I feel privileged to be able to provide an ever widening variety of services that can help each person along their own path to increased well-being. I specialize in Deep tissue, Myofascial release, Swedish, Craniosacral therapy, and Reflexology. I also love to do Cupping and Hot stone therapy. During my sessions my goal is to tailor the pressure and the style to meet the individual needs of each client.
