Integrative massage means your therapist pulls from all of the training they have to meet your needs for the session. Whether you are familiar with Swedish, trigger point, sports massage, or other modalities, tell your therapist what your goals and preferences are for the session and they will customize  for your needs!

Here are a few options for you to choose from:

Swedish:
Swedish massage uses light, firm pressure and long, gliding strokes to ease muscle tension, increase blood flow and promote overall relaxation.

Deep Tissue:
Deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It uses slow, firm pressure to target chronic tension and pain, helping to release tightness and improve flexibility. This technique is often used for specific problem areas and can be more intense than other types of massage.

Ashiatsu:
During Ashiastu massage, the therapist uses their feet to apply deep, even pressure to the body. This method helps relieve tension and soreness, providing a firm, rhythmic massage that can cover larger areas more effectively.

Prenatal:
Prenatal massage is designed specifically for pregnant women to relieve stress, reduce swelling, and ease aches and pains. It uses gentle, safe techniques tailored to the changing body and can help improve overall comfort and well-being during pregnancy.

Cupping uses suction to draw blood to or away from specific areas of your body. People mostly use cupping to relieve conditions that cause pain.

Your therapist will heat the stones prior to your session in a specific heating device that ensures perfect a temperature.
